1. Where can I view the product?

If you are in the Hawke’s Bay region you can visit our showroom. Outside of Hawke’s Bay unfortunately we don’t have stores. Some rural retailers will also have stock. Please call us to ask 0800843024.

2. What if the product I have ordered is out of stock?

If the product you order is out of stock we will be in touch right away to advise when stock is likely to be available, to offer an alternative or if no alternative, provide a refund.

3. Can I buy from The Rural Butcher for home use?

Yes – All Rural Butcher products are designed to suit the home butcher. Although most products are suitable for the professional butcher as well.

4. Delivery – Where will my product be delivered to?

Depends on the type/size of product. Some products small enough will be couriered. Other larger items may need to be shipped to a main trucking depot for collection by the customer.

5. Do The Rural Butcher products come with a warranty? 

Yes all products come with a one year manufacturing warranty.

Brought a vacuum sealer at field days it had a slight manufacturing defect. Rang them up and they supplied a replacement no fuss no problems and very prompt. Great service thank you
